Staying true to our core values, these biodegradable bottles are made from 100% taste-free biodegradable polyethylene and constructed using sugarcane, meaning each bottle and lid can be recycled. The composting process takes 1-5 years, compared to 450 years for a traditional plastic bottle. At the correct temperature in a landfill or under leaves and soil in a forest, the bio-batch additive activates and the bottle decomposes into water, humus and gas; not small pieces of plastic.
